On occasion this time discussing the Email User level filtering. 
Previously existing Account Level Filtering in cpanel, the difference between the level filterig and User Account level filtering is done on account rule can apply to the entire user account User Level Filtering email when more specific ie only to the specific email account user.

For example you want to block all direct email to [email protected] with failure message example: “this action not permited”.

To implement please follow the following steps.

1. Log into the User Level filtering from the cpanel,

2. Click the button create a new filter. and fill in the columns.

3. Then try to send email to the address [email protected], then there will be the following email reply failed.
