So you would like to install cPanel to a VPS or even a Dedicated? well first of copy and paste this in the SSH. (Putty - Right click the window) or (XShell - Right click and click paste)

cd /home;

wget -N http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/latest;

sh latest

Click enter, then just sit back and wait for it to complete.
