Account Suspension for Overdue Invoices
At Pamir Alpha Technologies, all hosting and service accounts are monitored through an automated billing system.
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, the system may automatically suspend the related service for billing overdue. An email notification will be sent to the registered email address informing you about the suspension status.
How to Restore Your Account
To reactivate your suspended service, please follow these steps:

Log in to your Client Area.

Navigate to the unpaid or overdue invoice.

Complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.
Once the payment has been successfully received and confirmed, our system will automatically:

Unsuspend your account

Restore access to your services

Reactivate the original website and account files
In most cases, the reactivation process is completed automatically within a few minutes after payment confirmation.
To avoid service interruptions, we strongly recommend paying all invoices before the due date.
