This Domain Names Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the registration, renewal, and management of domain names through PAMIRWEBHOST LLC. By registering a domain name with us, you agree to this policy and to ICANN's Registrant Rights and Responsibilities.
1. General Terms
Domain name registrations through PAMIRWEBHOST LLC are subject to the following general terms:
- Domain registrations are subject to availability and registry approval
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information (WHOIS data) as required by ICANN policy
- False or misleading WHOIS information may result in domain cancellation without refund
- Domain names are licensed, not sold — registration does not confer ownership
- You must update your contact information promptly whenever it changes
- Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed
- PAMIRWEBHOST LLC reserves the right to refuse any domain registration at its sole discretion
We offer free WHOIS privacy protection on eligible TLDs. For .af domains, WHOIS privacy protection is available for $5/year. Privacy protection replaces your personal details in the public WHOIS with our proxy contact information. We will disclose your actual contact details to legitimate legal requests, ICANN compliance proceedings, or court orders.
2. Domain Renewals and Expiration
Domains must be renewed before their expiry date to remain active. PAMIRWEBHOST LLC will send renewal reminders before expiry; however, it is the registrant's sole responsibility to ensure timely renewal.
- Renewal invoices are sent 45 days before the expiry date
- A domain that expires will be suspended and may become inaccessible
- After expiry, most domains enter a Redemption Grace Period during which recovery may be possible for an additional redemption fee
- After the redemption period, the domain enters a Pending Delete status and will be released for general registration
- PAMIRWEBHOST LLC is not liable for any loss arising from domain expiration due to non-renewal
3. Transfers
Inbound Transfers (to PAMIRWEBHOST LLC):
- You must obtain an authorization (EPP/Auth) code from your current registrar
- The domain must be unlocked at the current registrar before initiating a transfer
- ICANN requires a 60-day lock period after initial registration or ownership change before a transfer can occur
- Transfer includes a 1-year renewal in most cases
Outbound Transfers (away from PAMIRWEBHOST LLC):
- Authorization codes are available from your client area
- Domains are locked by default; you must unlock your domain before initiating an outbound transfer
- PAMIRWEBHOST LLC will not block or prevent legitimate outbound transfers
4. Free Domain for Life with Hosting
PAMIRWEBHOST LLC offers a free domain name with select hosting plans, subject to the following conditions:
- The free domain offer applies to new registrations only — transfers and renewals of existing domains are not eligible
- Only specific TLDs are eligible for the free domain offer (as listed on the relevant hosting plan page)
- The free domain is provided for the first year only; subsequent renewals are charged at the standard renewal rate
- The free domain benefit is tied to an active hosting plan. If the hosting plan is cancelled, the domain may revert to standard pricing at next renewal
- Premium domain names are not eligible for the free domain offer
- The free domain cannot be transferred to another account or used independently of the qualifying hosting plan during the initial free period
- Only one free domain per customer account is permitted
5. Registrant Rights and Responsibilities
As a domain registrant, you have the following rights under ICANN policy:
- To receive clear information about your domain registration agreement and WHOIS data
- To have your domain transferred to another registrar without unreasonable restrictions
- To be protected from false WHOIS information
- To access accurate and up-to-date WHOIS information about your domain
As a domain registrant, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and current WHOIS registration data
- Ensuring timely domain renewal
- Not registering domain names in bad faith (cybersquatting, typosquatting)
- Complying with all applicable TLD registry policies
- Using the domain name only for lawful purposes
6. Abuse and Disputes
You may not register domains for the purpose of: cybersquatting, typosquatting, distributing malware, phishing, or any illegal activity. PAMIRWEBHOST LLC reserves the right to cancel domain registrations that violate this policy without refund.
Domain disputes involving trademark rights are subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). PAMIRWEBHOST LLC will comply with the outcome of any UDRP or other ICANN-approved dispute resolution process.

7. Modifications to This Policy
PAMIRWEBHOST LLC reserves the right to modify this Domain Names Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
