The primary purpose of PAMIRWEBHOST LLC is to provide clients with the resources necessary to deploy their internet services in a fast, reliable, and high-availability environment tailored to their individual needs. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines prohibited activities and forms an integral part of your Hosting Agreement with us. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account. PAMIRWEBHOST LLC investigates all suspected violations and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities if criminal activity is suspected.
02. Ultimate Liability
Customers are solely responsible for the security of their servers. Each customer must exercise reasonable care in maintaining and updating scripts and applications hosted on PAMIRWEBHOST servers. Failure to do so may result in security breaches. PAMIRWEBHOST LLC assumes no liability for customer content.
03. Prohibited Activities
PAMIRWEBHOST services may only be used for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited (this list is illustrative, not exhaustive):
• Sending mass unsolicited emails (spam).
• Distributing tools or software intended for spamming.
• Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
• Fraudulent websites (e.g., listed on aa419.org, escrow-fraud.com)
• Pirated software or warez
• Brute-force tools or scripts
• Mail bombers or spam scripts
• File dump/mirror services (e.g., RapidShare-like platforms)
• Hate speech, racism, or harassment

• Commercial audio streaming exceeding 10 concurrent streams.

• Hosting escrow or bank debenture services.

04. Responsibility for End Users
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their users, representatives, or clients comply with this AUP. Complaints regarding end-user behavior will be directed to the customer for resolution. PAMIRWEBHOST LLC reserves the right to take action, including service suspension or termination, without prior notice if violations occur.
05. Spamming
Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages is strictly prohibited. This includes maintaining open SMTP relays or using PAMIRWEBHOST servers for bulk mailing without prior authorization. Violations will result in immediate account suspension. Newsletters or subscription-based emails are only permitted with prior written approval.
06. Password Security
Customers must use strong passwords for all services. Weak passwords that result in a security breach may lead to immediate suspension.
A secure password must include:
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character
07. Adult-Oriented Content
PAMIRWEBHOST LLC strictly prohibits the hosting of adult or 18+ content on its servers or domains. Violations will result in immediate content removal or account suspension.
08. Remedies
Upon discovering a violation of this AUP, PAMIRWEBHOST LLC may take any of the following actions, depending on the severity and duration of the violation:
• Issue a warning
• Remove offending content
• Suspend or terminate the user’s access
• Impose fees or penalties as outlined in the service agreement
• Take legal or contractual action as appropriate
09. Refusal of Service
PAMIRWEBHOST LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Repeated policy violations
• Spam or script abuse
• Unreasonable, unprofessional, or threatening behavior
In such cases, a backup may be provided if the service contract remains active.
